Sally Holland is the Administrator for Texas Urban Living. Sally’s Real Estate career started with working for Roger Staubach in his property management division. It was during this time of FSLIC foreclosures. SBC was fee managing the multi-family properties that fell into foreclosure. SBC would take the properties get them leased to 95% occupancy so that they would show they were making money and sell them to investors. Sally from there she went to work for a small developer, Irv Deal, a family owned business. Sally did onsite sales for condominiums in Plano and Turtle Creek. Selling herself out of a job she then started working for ConAm Management Company. Property management and rehabbing properties was Sally’s passion because of the diversity of the job. Sally was offered a position with Principal Management Company owned by Senator John Corona and she managed 16 Home Owner Associations in the Dallas, Ft. Worth and Austin. There was one more thing that Sally decided she needed to experience and that was working for a title company. Dallas Fidelity National Title in Plano offered Sally a position as an Administrator. This was at a time when the title company was closing 300 refi’s a month, so the whole staff was working six days a week, 10-12 hour days. After working the title company Sally took some time out of the work place to take care of her elderly Mother until her Mom passed. Tasting retirement for a few years and learning it is not all that it is cracked up to be, Sally went back to work for Virginia Cook Realtors as Administrator for the office in Plano. Learning that Art, was about to open an office in Plano, Sally begged Art to let her become the Administrator here. So this is Sally’s Happy ever after!!!
